Pamela L. Caughie, co-director of ModNets, is Professor Emerita of English at Loyola University Chicago. She publishes and teaches courses on modernism, postmodernism, African American literature, and feminist, gender, and transgender studies. She is co-editor of Woolf Online, a digital archive of To the Lighthouse, and The Lili Elbe Digital Archive, a digital companion to her co-edited Man into Woman: A Comparative Scholarly Edition (2020). She has edited three additional works and is author of two monographs, Virginia Woolf and Postmodernism (1991) and Passing and Pedagogy: The Dynamics of Responsibility (1999), and nearly four dozen articles and book chapters. She is currently writing a chapter for The Cambridge History of the Bloomsbury Group.
