Stephen Ross is Professor of English and Cultural, Social, and Political Thought at the University of Victoria. His DH work has included the Modernist Versions Project, Open Modernisms, and Linked Modernisms. He is author of three books and editor or co-editor of eight more, as well as having written over twenty articles on aspects of modernism and critical theory. For a decade he served as the General Editor of the online Routledge Encyclopedia of Modernism. His most recent publication is Spectrality in Modernist Fiction. He is now centrally focussed on petrocultures, fossil capitalism, and petromodernity.
